The Treasury

We pay the soil first — in mechanics.

A dam at golden hour reflecting sky and ridgeline, the water-level mark rising on the wall — a calm, accumulating reserve.

Before profits, before dividends, before anything else — expert, supplier and operator costs clear first. Then 15% Platform Development Fee flows out of the waterfall, contractually fixed, to the operating system. Admin and tax flow out next. The residual is the net into the regulated trust. Growing the kitty for the long haul, not the next quarter.

01 · THE DOCTRINE

Soil first. Treasury floor. Generation first.

Fifteen percent of every project, contractually fixed, paid out of the waterfall to the platform. The residual is the net into the regulated trust.

Not a fee. A discipline. The reason the engine survives the third drought.

02 · THE DRUMBEAT

We pay the soil first — fixed at 15% out of the waterfall, residual into trust.

The soil paid for our cheap food for a hundred years. We are paying it back, on the same line, every project.

That is what “15%” means. Contractually fixed. Paid out of the waterfall. Audited. The residual is the net into trust.

We pay the soil first — fixed at 15% out of the waterfall, residual into trust.
03 · THE HORIZON

Growing the kitty for the long haul, not the next quarter.

The treasury is the patient capital the land has needed for a century.

Built once. Walked for a hundred years. The compounding is the country.
