FEVT is not a cryptocurrency. Each FEVT is a fractional beneficial interest in a fund that holds a registered Australian cadastral title, with deterministic on-chain mapping and a proportional share in verified project revenue redeemable per the fund deed. The fund holds title; the holder holds units. Settlement is on Hedera; custody is retail-friendly; the audit trail is per-unit; the audit cadence is annual (March). Token value tracks land value compounding via biodiversity, soil carbon, water retention, and economic interest.
