Fresh Earth.

The first data-verified regenerative land Operating System on Earth.

A protocol turns degraded farmland into measurable healing. Independent audit and hash-chain entry make each result a unit of value. Real Australians fund it. Real Australian farmers run it. The fund holds the title. Every holder owns a fractional share. As the land heals, value compounds with it.

Regeneration is now a verified asset class, not a theory.

30 April 2026: Hillview’s data ratified—proof that land recovery can be measured and owned.

Hillview Park (910 ha) became Australia’s first regenerative farm ratified by Pangolin, Southern Cross, Eurofins, and CER on 30 April 2026. Verified soil and biodiversity data convert ecological recovery into recognised assets. This proof moves regeneration from story to investable fact. It sets the benchmark for the next A$6.5 M expansion round.

Fresh Earth scales verified land into a living data network that grows every six months.

Each hectare proven at Hillview becomes the blueprint for the next—expanding land, data, and measurable health outcomes together.

Hillview's 1,167 ha verification is now the model for five farms covering 5,879 ha. Each new site runs the same four modules — Design, Verify, Value, Connect — on the same audited infrastructure. Next on the roadmap: biodiversity uplift under the Nature Repair Market (vertical 2), then catchment water quality at Pejar (vertical 3, indicative target 2027). Same chassis. New method files. Verification methodology

Soil carbon: quarterly sampling at 0–10 cm, 10–30 cm, 30–50 cm depths, analysed by Eurofins Labs. Biodiversity: annual ecological surveys using standardised indices. Water-infiltration: tested pre and post practice change. Audit signatory: Pangolin Associates. Science partner: Southern Cross University. Federal carbon gate: Clean Energy Regulator. All readings hash-chained on entry to the Guardian register on Hedera; immutable post-signature.

Platform Development Fee (PDF)

The 11% PDF is a floating, capped, treasury-first fee on verified project gross inflows. It is contracted in the Subscription Agreement, sits outside the project profit waterfall, and is reported quarterly. It funds the operating system, the audit infrastructure, and the next change of practice — making subsequent regenerative interventions cheaper, faster, and more credible than the one before.
