FRESH EARTH ATLAS · CHAPTER · INTERNAL · WHOLESALE ONLY · NON-OFFER · ILLUSTRATIVE SPECIMEN

The Specimen

One project, run end to end. Seven stages, seven artefacts. The shape of a real Fresh Earth record — illustrative values, real schema.

Below: the artefacts a single first-project produces, in the order they would land. Values are placeholders; the schema is the work. A real project replaces the placeholders, retains the shape.

All values shown are illustrative · not a forecast · not an offer · not a record of any actual project. The schema is the canon; the parties listed (auditor / standard / framework) are placeholders to be settled at design stage.

01 · EVALUATE
Land assessment record
project id
P-001
parcel id
parcel-A · east paddock
hectares (illustrative)
__ ha
custodian
[custodian, named at design]
baseline · soil
sampled __ pts · grid 50m · depth 0–30/30–60/60–90
baseline · water
in-situ flow + retention recorded · sampled __ pts
baseline · biodiversity
native-species index logged · methodology referenced
baseline · production
prior 3-yr yield record · per-hectare · provenance attached
intervention candidate
cover-crop rotation + holistic graze + riparian planting
evaluator
[independent assessor, named at design]

Stage 1 artefact establishes the ‘before’. Every later audit reads against this baseline. The artefact is archive-grade; chain-of-custody is logged.

02 · DESIGN
Project plan + audit-gate declaration
plan version
v1.0
audit gate · soil
sampling protocol [ref] · cadence [annual] · auditor [TBD]
audit gate · water
sampling protocol [ref] · cadence [seasonal] · auditor [TBD]
audit gate · biodiversity
survey protocol [ref] · cadence [annual] · auditor [TBD]
audit gate · carbon
methodology [ISO 14064-2 ref] · registry [TBD]
audit gate · production
provenance chain · supply traceability · audit firm [TBD]
governance frame
compliance management framework v[X] · sign-off authority defined
disclosure cadence
per-stage release · audience defined per stage

The design stage names the gates. Once declared, gate-level changes require formal re-disclosure to all parties with audit rights.

03 · SUPPLY
Capital structure + counterparty list
round size (illustrative)
__ AUD
structure
project-level · jurisdictional form per project · wholesale only
counterparties
[wholesale parties — accredited / institutional only]
custody form
land remains with named custodian · unit on top is system architecture
legal disclaimer
non-offer · jurisdictional caveat per disclosure pack
inputs
practice change · labour · materials · audit fees · admin overhead

Supply does not constitute an offer. Offering documents, where produced, are separate, jurisdictional, and clearly identified per project.

04 · BUY
Allocation execution + contract record
date executed
[DATE]
amount allocated
[AMOUNT] AUD
allocator
[wholesale party]
custody confirmation
parcel-A custody verified · land registry referenced
contract reference
[contract ID · counsel review reference]
conditions precedent
all design-stage gates met · auditor engaged · plan signed

Allocations only execute after design-stage gates are met. Contracts reference both the project plan version and the compliance management framework version.

05 · OPERATE
Practice log + production record
period
Y1 · season 1
practice events
__ events logged · cover crops in by equinox · graze rotation Q1–Q4
inputs · seed
rye / vetch / clover · per-hectare seed rate · supplier [TBD]
inputs · livestock
days-grazed · per-paddock · stocking rate · weights logged
production · period
__ tonnes produce · provenance chain attached
interim metrics
soil moisture probe data · weekly · in-situ
anomalies
[any drought / pest / mechanical events logged with date]

Operate stage logs are the source documents. The audit stage reads them; the practitioner does not summarise.

06 · AUDIT
Independent verification artefact
date
[AUDIT DATE]
auditor
[independent firm, named at design]
standard
ISO 14064-2 · [registry ref]
method declared
per design-stage protocol · sampling unchanged
baseline reference
parcel-A · evaluate-stage record · 3-yr prior yield
delta · soil-carbon
Δ baseline → measurement [units / hectare]
delta · water
Δ retention + flow + quality vs baseline
delta · biodiversity
Δ species count / native return / habitat structure
delta · production
period yield + provenance traceability
witness
[witness name + ID]
signature
[hashed signature reference]

The audit artefact is the source. Treasury entries reference the audit; the audit itself is archived in the form it was captured.

07 · LEARN
Blueprint update + lessons captured
blueprint version
v1.0 → v1.1
delta vs prior version
[specific protocol changes]
cause
[which observations drove which changes]
propagation
next project on same farm; same region projects
archived under
[system memory · methodology library reference]
next-project fast path
[which evaluate-stage steps can compress next time]

The Learn artefact is the only stage that writes back into the system. Method memory is what compounds.

08 · TREASURY ENTRY · THE LINE THAT REMAINS
posted
[DATE] · UTC
project
P-001 · parcel-A · east paddock
audit reference
[AUDIT artefact ID]
outcome class
soil · water · biodiversity · carbon · production (5)
delta vector

chain reference
[immutable archive id · read-only]
visibility
parties with audit rights to project · external on request

The treasury entry is what survives. Eight artefacts feed it; one entry remains. The next project starts from this entry, not from zero.

Eight artefacts. One treasury line. The shape a real project leaves behind.

Internal · wholesale only · non-offer. The Atlas describes a system architecture; it is not an offer of, or invitation to apply for, any financial product. Specific historical allocation figures live in the deck this Atlas precedes, not here.
